Freylit Wash Water Recycling Systems
The recovery or treatment of dirty water that arises in vehicle washing systems is often required by law. With Freylit recycling systems, you not only meet legal standards and regulations without any problems, you also significantly reduce
consumption and costs for fresh water and cleaning agents. The means saving up to 90 percent of fresh water and cleaning agents.
Freylit Wash Water Recycling Systems can be used for any kind of vehicle washing, for example; cars, trucks, buses and many more.

HOW IT WORKS:
The used wash water flows from the wash bay, through the sedimentation trap in to the silt chamber. Solids will settle in this tank and the water will overflow in to the storage tank. Via a submersible pump, installed in this tank, the water will be pumped in to the freylit wash water recycling unit.
The wash water will be filtered by hydro cyclones and passes our two stage chemical free degerming process, before entering the reactor tank of the recycling unit. The degermed and prefiltered water will be stored in this reactor tank.
With our dissolved air flotation, smaller floating dirt will be separated to the waters surface in the tank and will be periodically drained back in to the silt chamber.
The cleaned and odour free water will be pumped out of the reactor tank on demand of wash water for the wash bay.
Truck and Bus Washes
At SpeedWash we supply a range of brush washes for trucks and buses ranging from the standard side runner which is ideally suited to covered wash bays where the services can be suspended overhead, to the side runner flex which is a self-propelled battery operated machine that can be used on any good concrete yard, this machine is trickle charged overnight similar to a fork lift, the top of the range machine would be the fully automatic machine which can wash any shape of truck or bus in a very short wash cycle time this machine has six different wash programmes as standard but can be adjusted to suit any type of truck or bus.
All the brush wash machines we supply are built completely from stainless steel and can be supplied in any wash height required.
Side Runner
The Side Runner is a 1-brush washing system and is available in two models.
The Side Runner Standard is connected to 230V and a water hose and is ideally suitable for installation in covered wash bays. Supplied with 30 metres of power cable and 30 meters of 20bar high quality water hose.
The Side Runner Flex has a built in water tank (approx. 350 litres) and battery and is self-propelled with the Easy Drive Wheel System. This makes it easy to use the system both indoors and outdoors and to maneuver it around the bus or truck.
Both Side Runner models are available in varying heights – from 3200mm up to 4600mm.

The SpeedWash Hot/Cold Pressure Washer is designed for industrial use. It is extremely robust and durable and constructed on a heavy duty mild steel chassis powder coated with a fiberglass cover.
SpeedWash Car Washes
Hot Hi-Foam
The SpeedWash Hot-Hi Foam Car Wash is designed to give a fast and efficient wash to all types of vehicles with minimum effort.
The machine has an industrial Water Softener fitted as standard to remove water hardness. Specially formulated Hi-Foam detergent and special Rinse Aid ensures a brilliant shine and vehicles dry out with a
streak free finish.
Each machine has dual operation controls – Token operation with timed PLC controlled wash cycles – normally 8 minutes and manual key switch control which allows operator to select desired cycles.
Daily maintenance is kept to a minimum, only being necessary to check the levels of detergent, rinse aid, salt and fuel oil.
Operating costs amount to approximately €1.60 per car which covers the cost of detergent, rinse aid, fuel, salt and electricity. Overhead booms are fitted to prevent mechanical damage to the foam and rinse hoses.
Snap couplings on all hoses for easy connection. Illuminated headboards with wash progress lighting gives increased promotion.

FLOOR CLEANER
Turbo Devil ECO RC521 Surface Cleaner
This floor cleaner is built with top quality materials with reliable manufacturing. The turbo devil RC521 is the latest model specializing in outdoor cleaning. With stainless steel body supported by 3 180mm Swivel Rubber Wheels and folding handlebar to facilitate movement, this professional surface cleaner can withstand a pressure of 275 bar. The maximum water temperature is 90C.
This surface cleaner has low vibrations as the rotating arm is well-balanced and sturdy. The handle angle is variable and thus ensures comfortable and precise work.
It has a built-in high-pressure mesh filter that prevents nozzles from becoming blocked with dirt. It also has a rubber mud flap that ensures safe washing, which is heat resistant and protects against splashes or flying debris/dirt.
