Freylit Wash Water Recycling Systems
The recovery or treatment of dirty water that arises in vehicle washing systems is often required by law. With Freylit recycling systems, you not only meet legal standards and regulations without any problems, you also significantly reduce
consumption and costs for fresh water and cleaning agents. The means saving up to 90 percent of fresh water and cleaning agents.
Freylit Wash Water Recycling Systems can be used for any kind of vehicle washing, for example; cars, trucks, buses and many more.

HOW IT WORKS:
The used wash water flows from the wash bay, through the sedimentation trap in to the silt chamber. Solids will settle in this tank and the water will overflow in to the storage tank. Via a submersible pump, installed in this tank, the water will be pumped in to the freylit wash water recycling unit.
The wash water will be filtered by hydro cyclones and passes our two stage chemical free degerming process, before entering the reactor tank of the recycling unit. The degermed and prefiltered water will be stored in this reactor tank.
With our dissolved air flotation, smaller floating dirt will be separated to the waters surface in the tank and will be periodically drained back in to the silt chamber.
The cleaned and odour free water will be pumped out of the reactor tank on demand of wash water for the wash bay.

Our high-performance washing systems are designed to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. The Truck Wash machines are built completely from stainless steel, this is including the drive tracks, chains and wheels that the machine runs on. All the motors on our truck washes are fitted with speed drives to ensure maximum energy saving and efficiency. The brushes used on our machines are of the highest quality available and come in a variety of colours, so you can choose exactly what you want!
The running system of our machines are controlled by an Omron PLC. Omron are world leading in their sector of technology, guaranteeing speed, accuracy and seamless integration. With robust hardware, intuitive programming and powerful connectivity options, Omron PLCs make monitoring complex systems like automated wash equipment a simple task!
Standard equipment supplied with the machine include chemical and wax application pumps, automatic frost protection and a choice of six different wash programmes which can all be tailored to your exact washing requirements. The control system on the machine is also code protected, meaning only authorized personnel can work on your machine!
Side Runner
The Side Runner is a 1-brush washing system and is available in two models. The Standard Side Runner is ideally suited to covered wash bays where the services can be suspended overhead and the Side Runner Flex can be used on any good concrete yard.
The Side Runner Standard is connected to 230V and a water hose and is ideally suitable for installation in covered wash bays. Supplied with 30 metres of power cable and 30 meters of 20bar high quality water hose.
The Side Runner Flex has a built in water tank (approx. 350 litres) and battery and is self-propelled with the Easy Drive Wheel System. This machine is trickle-charged overnight similar to a forklift. This makes it easy to use the system both indoors and outdoors and to maneuver it around the bus or truck.
Both Side Runner models are available in varying heights – from 3200mm up to 4600mm.
SpeedWash Hot/Cold Pressure Washer

The SpeedWash Hot & Cold Pressure Washer is designed for industrial use. It is extremely robust and durable and constructed on a heavy duty mild steel chassis, powder coated and with a fiberglass cover. Both the 1300 & 2200 models are fitted with the best we can get! Both are fitted with CAT Pumps. For 50 years, CAT pumps has offered the most dependable positive displacement triplex pumps available. Designed and built to the highest quality standards, customers count on CAT Pumps products to keep their equipment running. Every design detail of CAT Pumps products is optimized for long-life and reliable performance, that’s why we trust them!
Both are fitted with TEHA boilers to ensure the best delivery of hot water, when you need it most, with a temperature range of 20°-110°C. Both models come with 10 meters of high pressure hose and a professional 1000mm rinse lance, but other hose length options are available along with lance options.

SpeedWash Car Washes
SpeedWash Hot Hi-Foam Car Wash
The SpeedWash Hot Hi-Foam Car Wash is designed to give a fast and efficient wash to all types of vehicles with minimum effort.
The Hot Hi-Foam Car Wash has an industrial water softener fitted as standard to remove all water hardness to ensure the wash runs well, and your vehicle is streak-free! We have specially formulated our SpeedWash Hi-Foam detergent to go hand-in-hand with this machine to ensure a brilliant shine and vehicles dry out with streak-free finish.
We use trusted CAT Pumps in these machines, along with TEHA boilers, providing you with peace of mind that our machines will provide outstanding quality and longevity. These machines have been tried and tested with the best materials we can get, they are manufactured to withstand daily use.
Our Hot Hi-Foam have two separate lances for water and foam, with our specially manufactured ST2000 Stainless Steel Foam Lance to ensure you get the best foam application with every use. We have high quality brush heads available, with non-scratch synthetic bristles that are detergent and chemical resistant to guarantee that you get the best contact with your vehicle for washing but minus the shedding bristles!
Each machine has dual operation controls - token operation with timed PLC wash cycles (normally 8 minutes) and manual key switch control which allows the operator to manually select desired cycles. Our Hot Hi-Foam Washes are now available with contactless card readers, so you never miss a sale again! These card readers are weatherproof and water-resistant, designed especially to endure cold and wet weather!
Daily maintenance is kept to a minimum, only being necessary to check the levels of engine oil, detergent, rinse aid, salt and fuel.
Operating costs amount to approximately 1.60 euro per car which covers the cost of detergent, rinse aid, duel, salt and electricity. Overhead booms are fitted to prevent mechanical damage to the foam and rinse hoses. Snap couplings are fitted on all hoses for easy connection and removal.
The SpeedWash headboard is illuminated to catch the eye and increase promotion. All Car Washes have progress lighting and a large digital countdown display, along with an alarm sounder to ensure that the user knows how long is left in the cycle at all times!
Each Car Wash comes with printed step-by-step instructions on the front door to ensure that you or your customer get the best use out of our washers! These car washes are available in fibreglass cabinets in our eye catching SpeedWash blue colour, or alternatively, they can be fitted in fully stainless steel cabinets for added longevity.

Turbo Devil ECO RC521 Surface Cleaner
This floor cleaner is built with top quality materials with reliable manufacturing. The turbo devil RC521 is the latest model specializing in outdoor cleaning. With a fully stainless steel body supported by 3 180mm Swivel Rubber Wheels and folding handlebar to facilitate movement, this professional surface cleaner can withstand a pressure of 275 bar. The maximum water temperature is 90C.
This surface cleaner has low vibrations as the rotating arm is well-balanced and sturdy. The handle angle is variable and thus ensures comfortable and precise work.
It has a built-in high-pressure mesh filter that prevents nozzles from becoming blocked with dirt. It also has a rubber mud flap that ensures safe washing, which is heat resistant and protects against splashes or flying debris/dirt.

One optional extra available on this machine is SteamPLUS, which is a prime example of innovation at it’s best.
